Questions

Something else? Email hello@example.com

Is this data legal to use?

Yes. Tank-leak cases, spill reports, brownfield listings and enforcement orders are public records that state agencies and the EPA publish. We collect, clean and organize them. Contacting responsible parties about your services is standard B2B outreach.

Why not pull it myself from open data?

You can. Each state keeps its own database in its own format, and the EPA and the National Response Center publish theirs separately. We check them every week, remove duplicates and add the responsible party's contact details.

How fresh are the incidents?

New incidents appear in the dashboard within a week of the agency publishing them. On Pro, saved filters email you when a new incident matches.

What if a record is wrong?

Click "Report a problem" on the record and we'll fix it. If the data isn't useful, the 30-day money-back guarantee covers you.

Will I be charged after the trial?

Only if you keep it. We email a reminder the day before your trial ends, and you can cancel in one click.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. No contracts. Cancel from your billing page and you won't be charged again.

Is my state covered?

We cover California, Texas and Florida today, plus EPA enforcement orders nationwide. More states are added each month. Tell us yours and we'll prioritize it.
